Huddled's onboarding philosophy is a focus on success at all levels within your organisation – whether you're integrating Huddled with your LMS or using our standard CSV feature for workspace management.

What does "integrated" mean?

We use LTI Advantage (LTI 1.3) to integrate and sync with your LMS. It's an automated way to setup your workspace and create and manage user accounts.

What does "not integrated" (CSV only) mean?

We provide a CSV upload feature to bulk create accounts and set up your workspace. User accounts are not automatically updated, but a link can be provided within your LMS to give your users more points of access.

What does onboarding look like when you're integrating Huddled with your Learning Management System (LMS)?
  LTI Advantage  
(1) Kick-off call
30-minute meeting to walk you through your personalised onboarding, discuss next steps and identify the key dates to ensure things align with everyone's schedules.
(2) LMS integration setup
60-minute meeting to set up Huddled as an LTI plugin and place it within the navigation bar of your respective courses. You'll also need to create a demo/test course and add Huddled into that course ahead of the third meeting.
(3) Walkthrough and testing your setup
60-minute meeting to test Huddled within the demo course and play around with different setups that you think would work well for you.
(4) Launch day!
60-minute meeting to with everyone using Huddled at your organisation and activating your workspace across all of your courses.
